Suzuki Kei 4x4 Virginia

I have previously had a good run using a Suzuki Carry in the outskirts and rural areas of California without any issues. I realize that every state have their own laws on lightweight trucks. Was wondering if these minis are legal in Virginia.

these Kei carry and trucks are legal everywhere you just need to register but if you have a Truck , you might have to follow some restrictions.
