Hi, I lived in Washington DC that usually has snowing weather will Suzuki Carry Tires work fine inn this condition ?

When I bought Suzuki Carry, it came with an extra set of tires and rims 4 back road stuff or in deep snow. (12 inches) However, it is perfectly fine for snowing weather feeling much excited .
