Subaru Battery Problem

The battery in my Subaru minitruck was replaced along with the alternator very recently but the battery is not holding charge. What could be the reasons for it. Would appreciate if anyone can suggest troubleshooting for this problem.

Check the battery cable. Sometimes a faulty cable might be the cause of the battery not charging up. You can also check the motor fuse beneath the dashboard.

Its more likely that you have a bad solenoid or a starter connection.

Simple wiring problem might be the cause. You can check it out with your mechanic as soon as possible.
