Kei truck (Daihatsu Hijet ) insurance in USA

Hi, I moved to the USA a few weeks ago just wondering about any reliable Kei truck (Daihatsu Hijet ) insurance company.

Most people use Hagerty insurance in the USA and it’s around $500 a year USD but you need to have another car on a different insurance plan. So after I called around the best I could find is progressive for $150 a month liability.
