How hard is it to install turbo in a mini truck?

I have been thinking of installing a small sized turbocharger in my Daihatsu Hijet. I feel that I could squeeze out more power from the mini truck as it is getting weaker as time goes. How hard is it to do it myself? Or do I just get an expert to do this?
