Features of DG52T Mazda Scrum

What are the features of DG52T Mazda Scrum?  Is it identical to DA52T Suzuki Carry truck?

Yes, they are almost identical. But the vans of this generation are actually different, using a semi-cab over design, while the trucks still maintain a full cab over design.

The DG52T Mazda Scrum is almost identical to the DA52T Suzuki Carry truck. The vans of this generation are actually different, using a semi-cabover design, while the trucks still maintain a full cabover design. Trim levels include the KA, KA Turbo, and KL. All KL models are equipped with part time 4WD. Later versions of this generation added features such as standard airbags and standard air conditioning. New trim levels for other features, such as dump beds, were also included. Power Steering, Automatic Transmission, 4WD, Diff Lock, Passenger Airbag, ABS, Electronic Fuel Injection, were all added features in the new generation DG52T Scrum.

The Mazda Scrum, originally sold under the sub-brand Autozam, is a kei class mini truck sold by Mazda since the late 80’s. For its entire existence, it has been based on the Suzuki Carry mini truck. The van version is also based on the Suzuki Every.

Power Steering, Automatic Transmission, Passenger Airbag and ABS are the latest features of this scrum.
