Double bucket seats to Bench seat conversion???

Hi all, I have a 1995 C1500 Extended with the front seats as the two bucket seats. Right now its the two captain's chair ones and the standalone center console.

Could I convert it to a bench seat? Or could I even convert just the passenger seat to the extended seat? What about taking out the center console and replacing it with a "centre seat?
