Does anybody have insight into Mazda B series trucks?

I'm hoping to purchase a pre-owned conservative truck so I can tow my boat. This has driven me to see models like the Ranger, B Series, and Tacoma. Does anybody have insight into the B Series? It is interesting to me for its mpg and plan.
