95 Suzuki Carry Lift kit
Quote from Heavyride on March 23, 2022, 7:12 amI have a 95 Suzuki Carry 4x4 5spd and I want to install a lift kit on a DD51t chassis. But am not sure on whether to do or not. Because I have read articles regarding the cons of installing kits such as installing can cause problems with the camber, cv joints and drive train due to the change in angle. Any suggestions please!

Quote from Pintosh on April 1, 2022, 2:02 pmLift kits generally do not affect the vehicles performance substantially. A lift kit does raise the vehicle’s center of gravity and the effects of a higher center of gravity are more profound in lift kits than leveling kits. It does, however, alter the way your vehicle behaves when turning corners or taking curves. It can also create different dynamics in strong crosswinds. The impact on speed from lifting a vehicle depends on the type of lift kit and the extent of the height increase. Though not advisable, I believe you can still drive fast in a lifted truck.
