Having a hard time finding some wheel and tire combos that will fit under a non lifted truck?

The smallest tires you can find are 24-inch diameter, and 8-inches wide. Mounting those tires on either of the offsets available, then surely something will scrape. If you go with the 5-inch to the inside, then the inside of the wheel will hit the frame. If you go with the 5-inches to the outside, then they scrape on the fender and the door opening when you turn.
